Group coaching works for a lot of athletes. The programming is structured, the methodology is sound, and it produces results. But it is built around what works for the greatest number of people in the group and not specifically for you.
1-2-1 is different. Your programme is built entirely around your history, your sport, your injuries, and your goals. When something needs adjusting, it gets adjusted for you and not when it suits the group. The feedback you receive is specific to your performance and not a general response that applies to everyone.
