I overtrained. It cost me my career in the Parachute Regiment. Leg stress fractures. Medical discharge. After leaving I made it worse. Years of shoulder injuries and surgeries because the industry I turned to for answers was full of noise and no substance.

So I went and found the answers myself. Went back into formal education. Studied. Sought out the world's leading experts. Pursued mentorships and certifications globally. Spent 25+ years coaching, making mistakes, and refining what actually works at the highest level of sport.

Not all coaching
is the same.

Group coaching works for a lot of athletes. The programming is structured, the methodology is sound, and it produces results. But it is built around what works for the greatest number of people in the group and not specifically for you.

1-2-1 is different. Your programme is built entirely around your history, your sport, your injuries, and your goals. When something needs adjusting, it gets adjusted for you and not when it suits the group. The feedback you receive is specific to your performance and not a general response that applies to everyone.

If you have specific needs, a complex training history, recurring injuries, or you simply want coaching that treats you as an individual rather than part of a group, 1-2-1 is the right choice.

What sport or background is this for?

Former athletes from any team sport, rugby, football, military, emergency services, and Hyrox competitors. Also serious trainers who have been training consistently for years and have hit a ceiling. You have the discipline and the training age, but the structure has not kept up with your ambitions. If you are done guessing and want coaching built specifically around you, this is for you.

What is the difference between the two options?

The Custom option gives you a bespoke programme with WhatsApp access Monday to Friday. The VIP option adds 7-day access, priority form checks, unlimited adjustments, and regular calls with me. Both are fully personalised. The VIP is for athletes who want more direct contact and faster turnaround.

I have tried coaches before and it did not work. Why is this different?

Most coaching fails because it is generic. A template with your name on it is not bespoke coaching. Everything built here starts from your history, your injuries, and where you are specifically stuck. There is no one-size-fits-all approach here.

How long before I see results?

Most athletes notice a shift in how their training feels within the first four weeks. More structure, clearer purpose, less accumulated fatigue. Measurable performance improvements typically show within 8 to 12 weeks depending on your starting point and how consistently you follow the programme.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly rolling. No contracts, no lock-ins. Cancel at any time.

What happens if I am injured or need to adjust?

The programme adapts. Injuries, travel, life changes. The programme gets updated when your circumstances change. That is what bespoke coaching means.

Do I need to do a call before signing up?
